Weekly one-on-one sober coaching for people serious about building or rebuilding their recovery. Old-school, straight from the hip — no worksheets, no scripts, no BS.
What sober coaching is
Sober coaching is ongoing, personal support for people who want a clear rhythm in recovery. We meet at a pace that works for you — usually once a week — and the relationship grows naturally from there. I'm not a licensed clinician and I don't diagnose or treat mental health conditions. What I offer is steady company: someone who's walked this path, who'll show up, and who knows the way because he's still on it.
Most of my clients also have a therapist, a sponsor, or a treatment team. I work in concert with them.
How it works
- One-hour sessions, in person or by phone
- Text or call support between sessions when needed
- Honest feedback — no worksheets, no scripts
- Family check-ins available when requested
Both coaching and companion work begin with a free, relaxed conversation. No contracts, no commitments, no hidden fees.
What it costs
Coaching is priced by the month. Rates vary with intensity. The 30-minute intro is always free, and I'll quote in plain dollars before we agree to anything. No retainer surprises.
